Featuring dozens of exclusive illustrations, this is the novel that NASA and the American Heart Association might have branded “too shocking for human consumption,” if they had ever read it. Enjoy the thrill of shameless exploits from characters Lucifer Doolan, the Equalizer, Natasha Romilar, and the rest as they fight, fornicate, and defy physics in the Time/Space Warp.
Armed to the Teeth with Lipstick returns readers to the halcyon days of 1998 with aural terrorist Blag Dahlia and the late great skin artist Marc Rude as they invite you to experience the ultimate in glorious black and white.
Blag Dahlia has a funny name and a proud history. Founder of the seminal punk band the Dwarves, he has been performing and recording independent music for over three decades. Dahlia has played over a thousand shows all over the world; produced twenty-three LPs with an eclectic mix of artists for labels like Sympathy, Epitaph, Sub/Pop, Fat Wreck Chords, Burger, and BYO; and written or co-written over two hundred published songs. His work has been featured in films like Hostel, Observe and Report, and Me, Myself, and Irene, as well as dozens of television shows and hundreds of skate/surf videos. Blag co-hosted the podcast Radio Like You Want, and the advice show We Got Issues, that ran on San Francisco's esteemed KFOG. Mark Rude was born in 1954. He was an actor, known for Dudes (1987) and Mad Marc Rude: Blood, Ink & Needles (2014). He died on March 14, 2022, in Las Vegas, Nevada.
