Marsha Millonig, RPh, MBA is President & CEO of Catalyst Enterprises, LLC, a health- care communications and consulting firm in Eagan, Minnesota. She was previously Vice President for Research and Information for the Healthcare Distribution Management Association (HDMA) and the head of the HDMA Healthcare Foundation. Before joining HDMA, Marsha spent nearly 8 years with the National Association of Chain Drug Stores (NACDS) working with chain pharmacy executives on issues in pharmacy operations, professional and state government affairs and pharmacy education and practice. Marsha has years of experience studying and evaluating how successful practitioners have implemented various patient care programs and figured out how to get paid for them. She has also studied the personal attributes related to the individuals who have successfully moved ahead in implementing patient care in their practices.
