lt;p>From the reviews:
"An edited volume of papers presented at a conference held in Germany. ... Its relative brevity may make it attractive to those seeking a quick oversight of issues and debates, while lectures may recommend it to their students in the hope that the style adopted--transcribed presentations with the accompanying slides--will encourage them to read the various chapters. ... Some of the examples cited in the various chapters are interesting ... . All things considered, one for the library."
