Index.
"The intent of including so much theoretical and practical material
in this text is to provide an immediate familiarity with a variety
of circuits, their capabilities and limitations, and the means to
design them." (Microwave Journal, May 2004)
"I have not seen a better book for an undergraduate course,
short course, an office book-shelf, or as an introduction for a
coworker." (IEEE Microwave Magazine, June 2004)
"Although structured as a textbook, engineers at all experience
levels can benefit source: a review of the fundamental
topics...will be used regularly by any engineer who buys this
book for his or her reference library." (High Frequency
Electronics, March 2004)
