Prof. Dr. Robert G. Wittmann, born in 1962, is Professor for Entrepreneurhips and Innovation Management at the Technische Hochschule Ingolstadt (THI) and managing partner of add|venture consulting GmbH in Augsburg. As a consultant he has been involved in the development and implementation of Business Designs in a large number of projects for companies such as Audi AG, Metro AG, Siemens AG, Thyssen-Krupp AG as well as for non-profit-organizations, governmental institutions and organizations in the field of science. He is also active as a coach for companies during their startup and growth phases and promotes the ongoing creation of an entrepreneurship network in the Greater Munich Area along with partners from the worlds of science and business.

Prof. Dr. Michael Jünger, born in 1977, is Professor for Business Consulting and Management at the Technische Hochschule Ingolstadt (THI) and management consultant for strategy development, business modelling and process performance. In the last decade he headed and participated in a large scale of national and international consulting projects of management consulting companies like CVC and Tefen Management Consulting. His research focus is on success factors of company growth, methods and instruments in the strategy process and in strategy implementation. Michael Jünger is part of the Center of Entrepreneurship at the THI Business School and he is active in various business and entrepreneurship networks.

Dr. Matthias Reuter is the Head of Customer Excellence and Global CRM at Siemens Global Learning Campus. He is furthermore the Division Business Contact for the Industry Divisions and the Country Sponsor for Austria and China. Matthias Reuter worked 6 years in Sales, Marketing and Services before he started his career at Siemens in 2001. Since then, he’s been holding various positions in corporate learning, people and organizational development, executive education including performance and competency management. He has been building and developing a global learning organization for 6 years and is now driving the transformation towards a digital enterprise. Dr. Reuter holds a Diploma (Masters) in International Management & Marketing from the University of Augsburg as well as a PhD in Performance Management from the University of Ulm.

Norbert Alexy, born in 1952, worked for medium-sized companies and large international corporations, mainly in the field of international business coordination and development, for 25 years. From 2003 to 2013 he was responsible for the design and delivery of trainings in the field of strategy and finance, as well as for the rollout of business simulations, at the corporate university of Siemens AG (Learning Campus). He provided these worldwide services in close cooperation with the corporate strategy department on the internal side, and with professors from universities and business schools externally. - Currently he continues to work in the same business fields as an independent consultant and as a guest lecturer at the Technische Hochschule Ingolstadt. In parallel, he provides consulting and teaching services to non-profit organizations, on an honorary basis (e.g. training lecturers of the Office of Vocational Training and Employment Promotion in Morocco, on behalf of Senior Expert Services).
