You respect your in-breath, your out-breath, your physical body, and your mental formations. The in-breath moves inward, the out-breath moves outward. In and out. It s child s play, but it provides a great deal of happiness.#4 The first miracle of mindfulness is your own presence, which is the energy of Buddha. With this energy dwelling in you, you become completely alive. You can generate this energy of mindfulness by practicing meditation, breathing mindfully, and drinking your tea mindfully.
