Cesar holds a degree in Psychology and a Computer Science BSc degree. Carlos de Huerta is a professional with over 20 years of experience in the ICT industry, where he has held various jobs from Business Architect to Advisor at Microsoft. He currently works there developing the technological strategy of the ecosystem of global partners and advisories. A telecommunications systems engineer from the Alcalá de Henares University, he acts as an ambassador in the community of architects, and is an IASA Spanish board member. He participates with universities in the dissemination and teaching of the impact of technology on companies and their culture.
