This descriptive and practical guide appeals to the dentist/oral surgeon who is in the process of learning dental implant procedures, or who needs to refine his/her skills. Topics include: placement of implants in both the mandible and the maxilla; placing implants in the patient with no teeth; placing the new zygomaticus implant; placing implants with or without grafting other tissue from the patient; and augmenting and enhancing the gingiva that surrounds the esthetic implant site.
