The Train the Trainer Program produced by PTDI and Delmar, Cengage Learning strengthens the knowledge and skills of future trainers – the foundation of the trucking industry – and improves the image of the industry by improving instructor training. This exciting new turnkey instructor-training program includes an Instructor's Guide, a Student Course Book, and a DVD Series. Developed as a modular system, the Train the Trainer Program can be used to fit a pre-existing program that lasts from 2-4 days. It can be used for training "finishing" trainers at companies or instructor's in driving schools.
