He graduated from theUniversity of Houston with degrees in environmental science andEnglish and is known in the environmental sector of the petroleumindustry for his level-headed guidance in providing logicallysound, honest feedback in tough situations. Rudd began his careerworking as a fluid engineer in international drilling operations,and his environmental experience continued in the petroleumindustry with positions ranging from environmental field technicianto senior project manager overseeing all levels of comprehensivesite investigations.
