His research is focused on EU-Turkey relations.  PAUL ANDREW WILLIAMS Assistant Professor in the Department of International Relations, Bilkent University, Ankara, Turkey. He was previously a visiting scholar at the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars in Washington DC, USA. His research and publications have focused on transboundary water issues, global environmental politics and North-South energy relations.
