Threshers and Threshing

In the glory days of threshing, the equipment travelled from farm to farm with steam traction engine or tractor. This video shows the development of threshing techniques from the flail to the combine, and in particular the threshing machine. It explains the technology of the thresher, and shows drums working with portable engines and tractors.
