It also provides a proven participatory methodology applied to competency exploration, application, and authentication.

Anne L. Drabczyk, PhD, is Program Director and faculty for the bachelorette Healthcare Management Program at Indian River State College on Florida’s Treasure Coast. Dr. Drabczyk has over 40 years of healthcare leadership experience, and earned a doctorate degree in Public Health from Walden University in Minneapolis, Minnesota. She holds both a master's degree in Health Administration and a bachelor’s degree in Community Health Education and Psychology from Central Michigan University in Mt. Pleasant, Michigan. She is certified in the Appreciative Inquiry Positive Business and Social Change protocol from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. In former positions, Dr. Drabczyk was the National Program Director for the Advanced Practice Center for Public Health Preparedness at the National Association of County and City Health Officials in Washington, DC. She was Principal Investigator for The Ohio State University College of Public Health, Center for Public Health Practice, where she liaised with the state of Ohio Department of Health to develop and execute strategic preparedness initiatives. Dr. Drabczyk has been a consultant for several clients in the public health enterprise, and Interim CEO, directing reorganization of a national healthcare association. With over 22 years as an adjunct faculty and consultant for the Emergency Training Center/National Fire Academy, Dr. Drabczyk specialized in course development and teaching in community risk reduction, resiliency, and leadership. Dr. Drabczyk lives in Stuart Florida with her husband Toby.
