Both beginner and experienced cook alike will find all the information they need for successful entertaining at home, including menu suggestions, tips to help the reader plan ahead and to help choose wines to complement the food. There are also cook's tips and hints on using the microwave as well as alternative microwave instructions on dishes. All recipes have been double-tested in the Good Housekeeping kitchens.
