Common Movement Disorders II is a sequel to the authors' videocassette, Common Movement Disorders, published in 1988, and presents over 30 somewhat less common cases that were not covered in the first videocassette. Particular attention is given to the differential diagnosis of disorders that can mimic Parkinson's disease. Other conditions covered include dystonias, myoclonus, orthostatic tremor, stiff person syndrome, akathisia, painful leg-moving toes, painful arm-moving fingers, and Wilson's disease
