Sports law and its infringement has rarely dominated headlines as it has in recent times. In light of this, the third edition of this seminal text could hardly be more timely. Written by leading practitioners in the field it provides a coherent framework for understanding the principles of sports law in this area, as well as a deep analysis of its key features.
