Mitchell Tonks is founder and chef of the acclaimed Green Street Seafood Cafe and Fish Market in Bath. He also runs restaurants and cookery schools in London, Bristol and Christchurch. A fishmonger and self-trained chef, his love of the sea and seafood brought him to cooking only 4 years ago. His first book, The Seafood Cafe Cookbook, was shortlisted for the Andre Simon Prize 2002. TV appearances include his own programme, Fish Food.
