She has a particular interest in sweet and decorative desserts and her extensive experience in cooking techniques from around the world ensure her recipes are as beautifully presented as they are delicious. Sara Lewis is a full-time cookery writer, home economist and mother. She writes regular cookery features for leading food and parent-craft magazines, including BBC Vegetarian Good Food and Take a Break, and she is the Cookery Editor of Practical Parenting and the author of many cook books.
