As the former director of financial aid at leading institutions such as Rice University and Rutgers University and director of financial aid counseling at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), Carl brings his insight and unique "inside" perspective to families challenged with keeping up with the rising cost of college for both undergraduate and graduate students.
