Nanoelectronics

This book provides information on all aspects of modern nanoelectronics and approaches the topics from the engineering point of view, with physics used when needed. It does not require advanced mathematics or hard knowledge of chemistry. Every chapter includes questions for understanding and topics for discussion. Problems are also supplied at the end of the book on selective issues where the students need to practice some calculations and use their skills to compare different devices and systems.
