ANDRZEJ JAJSZCZYK, PhD, is the Director of the National Science Center and a professor at AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow, Poland. A Fellow of the IEEE, he has edited IEEE Global Communications Newsletter and IEEE Transactions on Communications, has served as Editor-in-Chief of IEEE Communications Magazine, and is on the editorial boards of various journals.
